The 1/3,1/3,1/3 diet is the BEST...You SHOULD ALL USE IT!

I think i'm gonna give this 33/33/33 diet a try....

How many meals/day should i eat?

I'm 165lbs.. so what do i eat for each?

I'm in school from 8:00-3:30, so i can't eat much but school food.. Would it be ok not to eat during school? Then i work from 6-10 and cant eat there...

So i can eat @

7:00

12:00

3:45

5:00

10:15

would those times be fine to eat at or should i try to change them around? Work different hours or something?

Those meal plans are great.. Not the best but good.

just be sure to haver your post workout shake... protein and lots of carbs.
 
Do you have bulking and cutting phases no this or is it the same all year?

Should i try to cut out fruits or anything and only eat certain foods?
 
7:00 - 4 eggs, cup of oats, 30oz milk

12:00 (but this i cant choose, school food like chicken nuggets, milk, and other shitty things)

3:45 - 30 oz milk, chicken breast, brocolli

4:45 -Post workout (Grape juice and whey???)

5:30 - chicken breast, rice, brocolli

7:45 - nuts

10:15 - 30 oz milk w/ whey

Would that be good for a 1/3/1/3/1/3 diet?

Or what should i change? I'm not for sure about the %'s..

go to www.fitday.com and type in those foods it will tell ya.

also a good rule of thumb is

to bulk BW X 15
To Cut BW X 10

To stay lean BW X 12
 
Quick questions

Hey NJStacked I wish I would have made it to temps this summer I only made it to Merge on richie rydels B-day and I thought that was sick, but I know it won't compare with temps. Now its time to work on looking good for factory!!!!! My questions are...

Will I lose BF and gain lean muslce by following this diet or do I have to choose between losing bf or gaining lean muscle?

Could I eat whatever the hell i want while on this as long as I don't go over the set grams per day?

Do you recommend taking anything along with this diet besides sauce(holding out till march)?
