Being 100% open I am always nice but I think with you I have to be blunt. You are giving people advice when you haven't even done a 1st cycle. You need to learn to walk before you can run. It's good that you are detailed and planned but all of that post was pretty much a waste. You want to do a first cycle and but you obviously aren't doing things right. 14% bf is too high imo... get leaner before starting. You want your slin sensitivity as high as possible and low body fat for when you start your cycle. 150mg mast per day and you say about upping it if you plateau.

I am not gonna lecture you due to age. Although I do think you are too young for aas... I would wait till you are at least 23. The big thing is you have only been training for less than 2 years. If you were 21 and had been training solidly for 5 years things would be a bit different.

You need to change so much of what you have planned. You do have the right approach in regards to some aspects though... good to see someone so detailed who has put some thought into things. But some of the info you have researched on your way is off.

You are right about pct in many ways though. Guys do these huge pcts full of artificial hormones and they think they have recovered as they feel good. But they very rarely stay off that long and soon jump back on thinking they recovered. PCT should be relatively short but effective with setting you up for proper recovery. Your pct is shit though so that needs to change too. Good luck with thins and ideally start with a better base.
 
I appreciate all the comments guy! I hope you guys noticed i made changes throught the days. I made some morr cha ges but i cant edit the post for some reason. But everyone seems to say my pct is shit because it isnt nolvs and clomid 40/40/20/20.
Seriously? I never got the idea of why someone on a mild first cycle would have the same pct (40/40/20/20) as a 110kg guy on his 5th cycle. Or even why a guy doing a 8-12 week cycle would use tamoxifen 40/40/20/20 and a guy cruising after months on gear would use the same doses. What is the reasoning behind this? One of the few comments I awknwoledge and is actually a comcrete critic is Elvia's comment. But I dont really see my pct is shit. Is MASTERON which doenst aromatise. An IA such as aromasin for this cycle on this dose is MORE than enough. My testes will be sensitive to respond to LH due tue the HCG intra cycle, L-DOPA will take care of dopamine and control prolactin, iodine will take care of thyroid which also affects prolactin and WILL help me keep a STABLE post cycle, Preg is the KING of hormonres and my body WILL use the preg and convert it to any hormone needed at the moment, the vitamin d3 indole-3-carbinol and zinc will help control e2... Everything there has a reson. Even in the diet...

PS: ik i need to cut up to at least 9% before i start the cycle. As i wrote "in about 6monts i'll be ready". Not now, not tomorrow, in 6 months. So dont worry about this detail

at your age is NORMAL to not have symmetry, you don't just magically get it after 8 months of working out lol come on bro. you gotta work at it..

I remember I was 15 when I started lifting and my traps were so uneven guys would make fun of me when I flexed... it took a few years but they became symmetrical WITHOUT using roids. so just keep lifting you don't need roids right now, you said yourself your goals were not to be a monster and just to build symmetry, I will tell you roids will make your imbalances WORSE, not better.
 
Yeah, my lats are a joke. Thats why i've been going to doctors (idk how do u call this specific doctor in english, its for posture and bone/joint problems) but where i live in brazil its really rare to find this guys. So im talking to many trainers and for about 8months im doing unilaterals and training 2x week my weakpoints. My shoulders definetly got better but my lats dont fucking change. They got bigger but still, in a unsymetrical form where my left lat is still a lot smaller. I did improve, but VERY little. Its like the right lat was growin at a x100% rate and the left maybe 50%-60%
