I actualy prefer it feels like I am really getting at each muscle properly. I have been changing my diet as well. I will post the way the new one looks soon. It seems like a very good cutting diet to me. I am going to get my roommate to take some pics of me for like before shots. I am hoping it will help motivate my transformation.
I lost 2lbs it was over a month I think it was just from working
out though so now I have my diet together the results should be getting much better. Thanks all for your help! I will keep you posted.
