Teardrop

If you have a glute ham bench that is great. Do you have the bands because I can give you a few things that will kill your hams?

Even sled dragging will work but you have to be careful with that. I was doing it too much with much weight and it really broke me down for awhile. Also, you may want to start working the hams 3 times per week for a coule months. One of those 3 times will be real easy and light. You can even just do some of those machine curls on the light day. Damn, I forgot, you probably don't have a glute ham bench but I'll bet you have a hyperextension bench. Do those with a db behind your head. These will hit your back but also your hamtstrings. These are kindof painful on the old noggin but they work. I would start with maybe 40lbs or so and work up maybe 5lbs every other week. I have gone up to a 100lb db for 10 reps.

i will try the hyper raises.........

but about the 3 days a week....... is that kinda drastic........(heck what do i know that may be just what i need)

i trust what you say it just sounds odd.................. so what kinda reps and sets are we talking about here?

your right........ i dont have a glute ham bench........ ive been trying to covince my owner of the gym to get one............ if you tell me the price and where to get them i may buy one myself
