From what i remember, her case was more of a harsassment one where it was persistant. If a woman makes it clear that she doesn't like something then the guy should stop.

But that isn't what i'm talking about. I mean just talking about any aspects of sex in public. Women especially are often so shocked or disgusted by a man showing any sign of sexuality. Especially if, God forbid, he has a partner already and is not talking about sex with her.
sadly if a woman is bothering a man, he should just "tough it out" and if he says something retaliatory he is frowned upon anyway.

also, its sort of sad to see women be so judgemental when it comes to talking about sex, especially because more often than not the woman had her fare share of slutting it out in their youths

well.. it's not so much that people are prudes..

I say it's more that americans started some crazy sue fest for about the past 20 years..

where as women can probably talk about sex.. as much as they want.. and probably even harass men about it.. and nothing will come of it..

men can't really talk about it at all.. especially not in the office..

stupid sue fest..

lol...exact opposite of my work environment. Being in an old boys network means you make certain allowances for old boys talk. And god forbid I show even a sign of sexuality. That's life, it's not that big of a deal. As far as I'm concerned it's a very small concession to make since I don't think the workplace is a good forum for my private activities and thoughts. Every one of us deals with a double standard somewhere in our lives.
