Taking test e with no base (beginner)

^This is exactly what you should be doing for the next couple years

yeah but that would require time, sweat, pain, and having to eat and food shop... something these young guys aren't willing to do. some young dude at the gym couldn't beleive how much weight i was doing on the decline bench and I told him exactly my workout routines (70 minutes a day 5-6X per week) and my diet and he nodded and walked away. never saw the dude again.. he was one of those guys who comes to the gym once a month. they want to believe in fairy tales and that steroids are magic potions.

I looked at your routine in the sig. I go to the gym 3x a week, im not lazy by any means. I like your routine, I need help on my calories though. im 5 10, 170 lbs. At my job I have to power walk for 8 hours straight. How much calories on my work days should i take in to put me 1000 over maintenance?

^^^ what kind of job do you have?

this is gonna be a major problem for you if you are gonna build muscle I won't lie.. doesn't mean you can't do it and atleast make some progress.

just follow my bulker to a tee.. counting calories you just don't even have to worry about right now.. if you eat every 2 hours and eat big then you will get big. pizza, mcdonalds and all that other shit isn't muscle building food.. the foods i have listed in that link are. and at the gym you need to lift big to get big..

you are lying to my face if you claim you workout hard, your pics are of someone who never touched a weight in their life.

come with me to workout sometime and you won't be able to walk out of the gym, and the next day you won't be able to move. i promise you. your workouts should be intense, the object is to rip up the muscle fibers.. frankly with your experience if you aren't sore with the particular muscle group you are working then you aren't working out hard enough. hence another reason its pointless to use steroids, you will be sore all the time and getting your muscles conditioned your entire crappy cycle.. its like running a 5K and not training for it. the first half mile you will be out of gas and start walking while everyone else is blowing past you..

Because I have no insurance and I already know that it will cost thousands

we already discussed this and I've told you that you are covered by law until you are 26 under your parents insurance.

and also even if they don't have insurance there are free clinics and you should be able to get on medicaid since you said you are poor depending on what state you live in. and even then just get treatment and don't pay the bill. most of the time the hospital will just chalk it up as a charitable contribution and not even bother to bill you if you just tell them upfront you are poor.

but you make no sense because you can afford test/tren and all the ancillaries you need on them, but you cannot afford to see a doc. cycling costs thousands too. add up everything involved.

1 test cycle costs me less than $200. medicare wont take me because I make a good amount of money at my job ($600 a week). So thats not possible, and my parent dont have insurance. Where do I even go? I dont see the point of going to a hospital because they wont know what to do and just bill me thousands and just tell me to go to a doctor who specializes in what i need after.

What do I do?

Tiny? I am not huge I know but I dont think I am tiny. Here a pic flexing

Dude, you are tiny. You may not see it if you hang out with friends as skinny as you but you are 1/4 the size of a MAN ready for his first cycle of steroids. Get off the fucking computer and get in the fucking gym.

Please post your workout regime, exercises, weight, reps, sets etc and we might be able to give you some tips that will actually help you.

I see why it's a problem for you but we're talking about your health here. How can you put a price on that. Regardless of working out, I'd recommend you getting that checked out somehow. But even if you're fine and it's just fat, that wouldn't make you more eligable for steroids as carrying around fat increases the risks of sides. I personally feel it's better to be just skinny than skinny with manboobs. (which is where you'll probably end up given you don't seem to know shit about gear)

what state do you live in?

many states have free clinics and county hospitals you can go to.. yeah there will be a wait and the docs there may not be the best but what can you do
