TADALAFIL 1C-35 - need cialis help!

I'm currently running Letro to get rid of an estrogen rebound and was curious as to how much Cialis I should take... recommended dose is 10mg before sexual activity. My stuff is liquid, dosed at 25mg/mL. Any advice?

I take 20mg but for daily use just break a 20mg pill in 4 and take 5mg a day.

Oh shit I didn't see the liquid. Take 1CC. It just isn't as potent as the real thing!
