I don't want it to get so high that Im burning muscle with fat...

I went up to 75mcg on 01/07 and I can tell you that the stuff made my muscles sore as hell. I feel really weak. Especially in the tri's, delts, traps, and neck.
I started ramping back down today. I can't handle 75mcg.
Too much T3 can make you sore and lethargic and just going up stairs makes you sore.
What I really meant was if you don't have a blood test, and even if you do, how do you know T3 is increasing your protein synthesis which you would know only via a nitrogen retention test before and after you started as long as you kept your protein intake constant.
I basically did that in November while also taking about 60 mcg of Clen. I lost a lot of weight, but I also lost a ton of strength. My bench press dropped by about 30% and my squat by about 40%. That loss included what I lost after ending a cycle, so I didn't lose all of it due to the T3. I'm (relatively) quickly gaining it back, but it's probably going to take me more than three months to do it. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't have taken nearly that much T3 or have done it while on a cycle. The reason I did it was that I was trying to fit into my old Tux for a wedding. Oh well, I saved $75 on a rental.
