Here's what I am currently doing:
Pull-ups - 5 sets
Reverse grip pull downs - 5 sets
Seated Row with the close grip bar (am I describing that ok?) -3 sets
God - I don't know what this is called, but you lean forward on a pad standing - grip the handles which are shoulder width apart in front and pull back - 3-4 sets
Am I hitting all the muscle groups? Help me out!!!
