i started my low carb diet today, here's the good news... carbs at only 20gms for the whole day, and 50% came from protein forgot the actual number, but doing better at that... bad news is the total calories only equal 840... ok at 230 lbs that is not gonna be good for hanging on to muscle, what's something i can eat that doesn't feel heavy and is low carb... i can't do very much meat and 3 of my meals today came from myoplex shakes, the low carb version... only thing that felt different is that my adipokinetix felt very enhanced for some reason... i mean i was kind of wired, which is odd because i figured since i am pretty used to them and my carbs were cut i would feel sluggish. So since I am having a brain spasm and can't think of anything to add that is light someone throw some stuff my way.
