Yesterday was crap........ i had to run to get my equipment train with for the contest........ i ended up not being able to flip my tire. my hips are way overtrained right now, and to top it all off my new belt i bought and tried out today during box squats made my back cramp........ i had it too tight. so i loosened it up for the overhead squats and it felt better.
Speed Lower
Box Squats -205 x 10 sets of 2.... resting 35 seconds in between sets.
overhead squats - 135 x 2 x 10. (hips were screaming)
reverse hyper - 3 x 8 x body.
felt exhausted so i called it a day, i felt like a pud, but i want to be recovered to perform at my best this weekend.
