Substitute for mayo?

Hi,

I used to be a big mayo fan, but I cut it out totally due to the
fat content. I was left with ketchup, but that has fructose corn
syrup in it.

So now I use Heinz organic ketchup (tastes pretty much the same)
and some mustard. I imagine the mustard is pretty healthy, although
I think it contains some sugar.

But I need some more decent dressings. Does anyone have a good
low sodium, no fat substitute for mayo (especially for tuna?) I
used to use mayo on nearly everything!

Thanks,

Charles

If you're using it for Tuna, you could try mixing it with salsa and putting some pepper on top. That's what I've been doing recently for a change.
