i was talking to my friend last night and told him i was going the high protein low carb diet..b/c the results will be so much better when u work out plus have a clean diet..he says i shouldnt do that b/c i can actually gain weight from the protein is this true?? my goals r really just to get very tight n trimmed..im 5'2 115 lbs 20 female..my protein intake is 108 please any input would be appreciated xoox thnx
