M muscledog95 New member Jun 23, 2003 #1 I havent done more then 5 reps per set in a few months. My goal is all strength. Is my rep scheme appropriate for my goals? Also, Just got me a couple 45 lb plates with the hand grip on it. Those things are pretty cool:
