I have posted a couple of times and want to thank all of you for the great information. I am on mission to gain by body back and will keep the site updated on my progress. As I stated in earlier post I am an ex bodybuilder who is starting over.

My stats are
5'1
145 pounds
33% fat

Goals
117 lbs
18-13% fat ( to start with)

I am on a strict 16 week program with the Anabolic diet including lots of cardio and weight training.

Wish me luck

PS. I read on the board that Spatterson has a great diet for cutting...so if you could share it with me it would be great.

Also in any advice would be helpfull.

Well...her goes nothing.

Can you post your diet?? How are you training? You dont need LOTS of cardio...strength training is where you are going to benefit the most. Give us a little more info so we can better help you!

My diet is 30 grams of carbs and high protien M-Sat and then carb load on Sunday. 5 to 6 meals per day.
I do cardio 6x per week 45 min each session and I do weight training 5x per week... below is my split

Legs ( focus on hamstrings and hips)
Back/ Bi's
Chest / Tri's
Legs ( Focus on glutes and quads)
Shoulders/ Calfs
Rest
Cycle starts over

I do abs 4 times a week

I have only been doing this for one week and I am tired but hanging in there. I am dedicated to radical changes in my body and am not going to give up. If I can survive the cancer that help me become greatly out of shape I can survive the pain of getting back in shape.

Let me know what you think

Spatterson, thank you for the advice its great to have a place to find solid information.
I will keep the site posted on my progress....even if its not as good as I want it to be.

Carpe Diem!
