Well, the diet needs to change. Since I spend 2 hours at the gym a night, I don't have as much time to cook for the next day. Besides that, I started getting sick of eating the same old food. I have gone 2 days on a semi regular diet now, not too healthy, but a lot better than I was eating before. I am wondering though, about this diet idea I have. Should I eat low carb meals before I work out? If nothing else, Only before I workout. The way I see it is (and this could be way off, that's why I am asking) if you eat a low carb meal, then go workout, your body should turn to fat for energy right? Then after the workout, eat a low fat/high carb meal. I read that you need carbs to help rebuild muscle tissue. Also, a protein shake before and after workout. So, does it sound like a winner for now, to you guys/gals?
BTW, I am still losing 1lb/day
