The last 3 workouts or so Ive done 265lb for 3 reps on squat. Today going to the gym I had my mind made up that I was getting 5 reps even if it killed me. I go in and warm up. 225lb seemed rather easy. So I put on 265lb and easily did 5 reps. For some reason I stopped but I could have gotten 7 reps easily. ON the way home I got to thinking. Around last christmas I started squatting. I started out with 205lb for a hard rep of 5. Now I can do 5 and most likely 7 at 265lb. Im feeling pretty good about myself
If only I would of stayed consistent in my squats during the early part of this yr. grrrrrrr
