Chains boards...ect....i love monster bands choked
Then some heavy board presses or using the ram to help in the holebut burn the tris

Paused reps with monster minis. I always lower the bar under control and get a good pause then explode out of the hole. I like chains when squatting more then bands. I mostly do a lot of straight weight though and only rarely use accommodating resistance. The extra resistance carries over to geared lifters more then raw lifters. But it's still a nice way to shock the cns once in a while.
