Okay well i just recently started using the speed bag at my gym and well im hooked and getting pretty good, what i want to know is in what way, if any, does the speed bag work out the arms, does it help my arms get cut or anything??
it wont do shit,,just develop hand-eye quardination..to get cut is about about loosing body fat(that is if you have muscle under the layer of fat)i'd rather spend my time playing with a woman's speed bags
A speed-bag is a GREAT tool for hand-eye coordination. I did my speed-bag for an entire summer all the time along with my heavy bag and my bf% was already pretty low. The one thing that I noticed from doing the speed-bag all the time was that my delts got a lot more definined. I know my bf% didnt change and I dont remeber working my shoulders any differently.
yeah speed bag will definately help your shoulder work but you may eed to change you shoulder work out to just presses if you do a lot od speed bag work
