since football season just ended i started to lift again. I lost so much strength in my chest mostly.. I maintained my legs. When I bench and do any type of arm extention i can get the weight down fine.. up about 3/4 of the way but once my arms are almost extended i comptetly lose it. it gets so hard there. The thing is my triceps arn't even really weak or anything.. i dont know what it is
