Ok, everyone who reads this please reply. everyone .o2 is very welcome.

Here it is . . .

I have lost my motivation. I feel uninspired. Worst of all I don't want to go to the gym.

Right now, being ripped and having muscle and everything we here aspire to seems so far out of my reach.

I know there are no "secrets" just gotta keep up the diet and the exersize and rest, but please,....... just so I can here it again . . . ..

Tell me I can do it !!!! Tell me I being a wimp !!!! Tell me to get my ass down the gym and stop whinging !!!! Tell me diet, sleep and training will pay off in the end !!!!

hey... whenever you aren't in the gym, someone else is... do you really want them to look better than you??? NO!!!

Just get up off your ass and do something!!!!!!!!
 
perhaps setting some shorter term goals, instead of looking at being ripped, would help you get started- set a training schedule, get the right foods, etc...
when you begin to see & feel the results, you will WANT to go
Get to it & don't give up!

I would rather find out why you aren't motivated enough to goto the gym?. I would rather leave you till your so overweight and out of shape that you feel inspired just so you can see ya maggot again B=>.....heheh remove the belly get to see your little friend. I sat in my bed for two months and ate chocolate and ice cream. No one could do anything for me , there are some things you can only do your self. I use those forty year old beer belly skinny unfit or really obese people to motivate me cause their is no way in heck I'm gonna let or allow myself to get like that. I would once you find your inspiration take pics so you can reference and I am sure you will be surprised. If you fail to plan you plan to fail so mark out your journey to the goal you want to reach and set small ones and reward your self. Give yourself a weekly goal a monthly goal and a total goal. There with all that said get your fat , lazy no freakin motovational @$$ off the couch or well just stay there and die young and fat your choice chubby .....heheh:bawling: :bawling: B===>:smash:

Thats why 99% of the population is overweight or underweight or just plain boring normal

Wether you want to stay in the same statistic is up to you

Your nothing special

But you can be if you want to be

Superbabe you have a name to live up to. If you wish to remain "Superbabe" get in gear and get it on. I like what flex4life said. Set short term goals. Remember being fit is something you need to do for the rest of your life.
