Some Questions about Dynamic Training

Brattt

I've been training 4 days a week, with a typical "bodybuilding" split. However, I'm interested in increasing my strength, and it seems like Dynamic/Speed Training is an important factor in doing this, from what I've been reading here, and in various other places.

So, my question is, would it be advantageous for me to train 5 days a week, with my four regular bodybuilding type workouts, plus one day a week of dynamic training?

Would this lead to overtraining? Or would dynamic training once a week, where I would do bench presses and deadlifts, amount too little, as it's not frequent enough?

Thanks!

Dynamic one day , max effort 72hr later. After your speed work and on the other day , your max effort movement , then you could do BB tricep stuff. But get in those two each week. And make them priority. Thats ifyou wanna really increase yoru strength.

I'm not sure wht your routine looks like or how many days you treain chest but yoiu could do one day as DE day and the other as a heavy day like the ME method , or your normal BB rotine, or periodization. I would not train it a third day a week
