I’m currently in my early 50s and not looking to do anything too crazy.
Would like to use gw501516 20mgs a day and rad140 15mgs a day.
Gonna be doing 8 weeks and see what will happen. I don’t have any goals I’m just gonna wing it and see what happens and keep training four times a week like I’ve been doing. I’m currently 228 lbs and around 17% body fat so average physique
do you think this setup would work well for me?
