Yeah its true, im 215 right now.
Im curling 110 pounds for 10-12 reps, but if i try pressing 200 i cant get out more than 2-3 maybe.

I know the feeling. Genetics, plain and simple. I doubt ill *ever* be able to press 225 with strict form, natural.

Way to go AAP.. Good to see that you are steering them in the right direction vs seeing them spending 1hr on the flat bench, which i see all the time with high school/freshmen that come in when school is out...

Bet the 8 chest sets are the hardest they ever endured. Know they will be sore for 3 days instead of just 2 days. Thats cool that you are taking only $100 and using the rest giving back to them for supplementation/nutrition.

From your story and these guys being as young as they are and putting up the weights they are, in 4 yrs they will be easily over 200 lbs, throwing heavy weights, and looking pretty good.

Shit i was only 110lbs at 17 yr old.. Now 190 lbs at 30 yrs old.. Gotta start somewhere

Actually, Binary is lighter than I first thought. He breaks the scale at a whooping 161lbs. He got 4 reps with 135lbs though. Which was amazing because at rep 2 I honestly thought he had nothing left in him....

I am grooming these guys to be future EF Mods.

AAP,

What a good guy you are! So was it my advice you took on basically saving the money and using it for something for them or did you already have that in mind? Just wondering, cause it appears that great minds think alike!!

AAP, youre a good dude. I'm surprised there are actually people out there willing to take time out of their lives to help some newbies out. Karma for you when I recharge homey.

Yes, your idea made a lot of sense. I bet if they continue to give me the money, they will think of it as an "investment" in themselves, which in the end it eventually will be.
