Didn't I read that the only "fat burner" you use is green tea??

Do you drink it or use it in pill form? I love green tea and drink a ton of it everyday. I switched to it after I had to eliminate coffee a few years ago - dx with an ulcer.

If you drink it, what brand? How much do you drink?

I can't take pills/supplements right now (breastfeeding) but if you take pills, tell me about those too, just for curiosities sake. :)
 
I used to take the pills. For the last year or so I have just been drinking one to two cups a day. I like to have one cup after breakfast and another after lunch.
For brands I drink Lipton or Bigelow. I am not a huge fan of flavored green tea. I get a head ache for some reason.
Make sure the green tea has caffeine as the decaffeination process removes all health benefits of the tea.
Another thing to watch is if you boil the water let it sit for three minutes before putting the bag in. If you don't that could also eliminate all the benefits.
*There have also been studies that show a possible link of very hot tea to throat cancer.
I tend to limit my intake to two cups. I believe once you go much past that there are limiting returns.

I forgot to mention that right now I am ramping up from one cup. I am now using the bag from the first cup and adding more water for my second cup. The results are coming along slowly but surely. I can see the outside outline of 8 abs now. I am not doing much else differently. It definately helps you get where you are going faster.
*no fat burners for me. They give me anxiety and don't give me results. No clen. Its a waste and the health risks are not worth it. I definately get better results with green tea.
 
Thanks. I drink Lipton also - but do like Tazo Zen a lot. That is as flavored as I like - it is minty. I HATE fruity favors.

I have 2-6 cups a day. I enjoy the flavor, and in the evening when cravings hit, a warm cup of tea helps me avoid eating.

Nice to know something I enjoy can help me reach my goals too!
 
Even one cup cranks up my thyroid. Its gross but my socks get a little damp from a light full body sweat.

Hi,
Green tea contains anti oxidants called catechins which will help in boosting up your health. Whatever the benefits you get green tea same you will be getting from the pills but pills are easy to take any one you can prefer.

Ugh, I had to quit cold turkey a couple years back. I developed the small ulcer and coffee made it SO bad. I thought I was going to die.

I had to eliminate a bunch of foods for awhile. I was able to add all of them back in, but coffee still gives me trouble. I can have a cup a couple times a week, but more than that and it caused me major pain.

Dam that sucks… I had the flu this past week and I couldn’t drink coffee everything was making me nauseous except water and tea. I am going to try and replace my morning cup of coffee next week with green tea since I fell out of the habit this week maybe it will make the transition easier.
