Since I am new consider these my before pics...

Have to agree with others here, you got a great base! You look like the muscle guys in the suplement ads who put on weight and then show "after" picts ...like we can't see the muscles underneath the bulk.
I got picts in this section too. I came down from 300 pounds so it is possible and I was no where built like you.
Be consistent, keep your form strict and if you can get urself a good trainer for a few months. You will be surprised at what u can accomplish.
U have the makings of a real competitor.

i'm doing a 4 on 2 off training schedule: using push pull for now:

mon-Shoulders
tues- bi's, tri's, traps
wed-legs (lord help me on leg day)
thurs-chest & back

cardio is 30 mins treadmill 5-7 days a week depending

as far as diet it's pretty boring... tuna, mrp's, chicken breasts, fiber supplements (need at least 20g a day or it's not good), green beans and carrots for my veggies. Basically trying to eat clean and keep my carbs at or under 100.

Right now i am taking as far as supps go 1-AD, methoxyfactor hp, adipokinetix, will add the yohimburn when it comes in.

Sounds like you are doing everything right and I can see the results. Keep up the good work and stay clean as long as you can. When you feel you have reached you peak. Then you might consider some extra supplements. If you know what I mean. If not don't worry. you look better than 90% of the guys out there anyway.
