Anyone got a killer shoulder workout for bulking I want to absolutely kill them and looking for a new routine as last night it took me 1.5hrs on shoulders in the gym last night lifting heavy and I still wanted more
I did shoulders today.. went something like this
Seated db press 2 sets of warm up 2 working sets of 8-12 reps. 2 working sets of max reps at 5.
Standing millitary press 3 sets of 6-12 reps. 2 sets of 3-5 reps.
FULL side latteral raises superseted with reverse db flys 5 sets 10-15 reps on side laterals and 15-30 on rear delt flys
FULL seated db press with palms facing head. All the way down and all the way up to touch at the top 3 sets 12 reps.
Heavy barbell shrugs 3 sets 6-10 reps
Lateral raises!!! Play with different angles and elbow positions. I almost never do any pressing for shoulder now. I've been doing alot of laterals and my shoulder are at there all time best. I almost have to slow down on them bc my shoulder are over powering my arms big time
Ur right. In almost all cases. Compound movements 99% of the time are better. But I beleive with the amount of pressing plp do for chest. Over head pressing is not always needed and sometimes can be counter productive. Some times ill finish my workout with a press but that rare. But then again. Everyone is different.
