I'll have to agree with you there, Casavant. I was having a really hard time bringing up my medial delt. It was then that I put these in my workout and in no time I could see the difference. It was amazing. They are continuing to grow and get stronger. I love them. Do them every week, actually.
Lying side laterals were a favourite of Serge Nubret. Try em. Every time I do, the soreness the next day is smack in the medial head.
Cable laterals, or dumbell laterals, and when you raise the weight slightly above shoulder level hold it there for 5 seconds.
