10 and a 5 each hand for 2 sets of 8
Did some rotator cuff strengthening
I set yet another PR, i love out of season lifting, i tend to set a shit load of PRs with the extra energy
Tomorow is Power Clean day if i get my 215 goal then ill be doing all my tested lifts @ body weight for 5x5.
