My trainer is super ultra strict with my condiments. I see a lot of you eat salsa with your tuna, and I tried it and fell in love, thanks. Beats the shit out of FFM. However, there are 3g of carbs for 2 tbsp. My carb inatke is super strict as well and limited to brown/wild rice only at certain times of the day. If I use 3-4 tbsp a day, should I be worried about this??
