Should I worry about the carbs in my salsa?

My trainer is super ultra strict with my condiments. I see a lot of you eat salsa with your tuna, and I tried it and fell in love, thanks. Beats the shit out of FFM. However, there are 3g of carbs for 2 tbsp. My carb inatke is super strict as well and limited to brown/wild rice only at certain times of the day. If I use 3-4 tbsp a day, should I be worried about this??

They have carb free salsa if you want. The carbs in salsa are not much, if you're going keto, I would watch out for them.
 
Just check the label & see where the carbs come form.......should just be tomatoes / peppers / etc.......no sugar.
 
Make your own. It's quick, easy, and nothing beats the taste of fresh salsa. You will also not be getting in the added sugars, fillers, thickeners, preservatives etc.
 
i think you shouldn't worry about salsa. Im sure your trainer was talking about things like mayo, bbq sauce, ketchup, salad dressing, jelly/jam, butter and things like that.
