Some people's metabolism seem to shoot up precontest. Hoteacher would waste away until we got her into the mid 2k cal range. We knew heavies eating less than her precontest. I actually felt bad for her having to eat so much. Sounds like shortone has a busy life so it's got to be a pain in the ass?

actually, no. lol I'm enjoying this. Do I get tired of eating the same thing al the time? sometimes. but it also makes life a lot simpler - preparing meals is easy, and now that I've been doing this for a while - have fallen into a routine. I've always been a good eater - the only meal I've had problems finishing so far are all the eggs. since all the cardio started, tho - it hasn't been a problem.

Yeah don't you love them?? I know of a couple of natty guys who do NO cardio even during Peak Week...... :evil:

I've always admired(hated) those people with fast metabolisms. :D when it comes down to it, tho - I'd rather be the way that I am. I'm not doing so bad... lolol

Shadow -

could you talk to me a little bit about the differences in nolva and a-dex - in regards to contest prep usage for wimmins?

I understand that nolva shuts down estrogen receptors and a-dex keeps estrogen from forming, correct? Could you explain a little more about that, and also why you prefer one over the other?

I have only a basic understanding of both, so am trying to educate myself a little more.

My chest is SORE. wow. My pecs hurt all over. It's the first time in months that it's hurt like this. TWO THUMBS UP!! My armpits are also sore.


OK. some weird bodily functions I just can't wait to share with you.

My urine is slightly green and I smell. :D lolol
I don't know if it's related or not, but since I started taking the a-dex, my sweat is stinky. I do not go to the gym without deoderant on because I could probably clear the room. Not sure about the green pee. Very pale, but still slightly green...

thought you'd all like to know.
