my strength still seems low. I feel like a weenie with the 15 & 20 lbers.
lolol (please don't take offense if that's where your weight is at, ladies. I'm just comparing myself to myself.) I know it's the TUT and the short breaks in between.
Cardio on the other hand felt AWESOME. I could have kept on going. Damn, I felt good this morning. Lots of energy.
Something new today. I noticed a vein running across my chest today. This means I'm leanin' .
I don't know how great it is for a woman to be all veiny, but I am. My forearms/biceps especially. Back of my hands...now I have one coming out on my chest.
Diet - I was hungry today, and glad for the little bit extra in my shakes.
