the bright yellow/greeen is just b-vitamns going to waste or your veggis, but if its darkish yellow/green might signal possible liver issues (17aa's?) or dehydration

very light = pale green.

the light color is no biggie.......

Like Mava said - if it's dark AFTER drinking all the water - then it might be an issue

tired today. haven't been sleeing well. Jeff and I are crammed on a queen size bed. lolol he's BIG. I'm not small. I can't wait to move into a house. oi. the only good thing about our queen is that it's a tempurpedic.

wasn't very hungry today. ??? drank alot of water and tea to see if it made a difference in how I smelled at he gym today. :D I didn't stink - you'll be happy to know. I proly raised my intake by 1/2 a gallon, so I'll be up all night peeing. wait - I do that anyway.

not sore today. my chest recovered pretty fast. Leg day felt good.
 
Good good good...feel free to add some Melatonin or similar at night if you think that will help the sleep issue.

I want to see a couple of things in terms of where you are leaning out AND it gives you an opportunity to hit the shots

no - he's 5 hours south - but Mitch can. lol if you don't mind pictures taken from the angle fo a 6 year old.

I really like this gym - brand new equipment and the people are nice. Nick - the manager - gave a me another free weekend pass, and let Mitch play in the kids room for free, too. What a guy.

The gym is so nice, in fact - that I drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to it. If any of ya'll are ever in Prescott, AZ - go to Freedom Fitness.


ok. My butt is sore. lolol My hammys and glutes hurt. It's a good feeling. I'm going to torture them some more tomorrow morning - cardio on the eliptical. I love the eliptical - I sweat all over the damn thing and it doesn't hurt my shins.

I'm getting up at 4 am tomorrow so I can have coffee and get to the gym by 5. Mitch has a speling bee tomorrow, so I have to be back here to get him dressed and on the bus by 7. That gives me an hour to clean up and get to his classroom and look like a respectable mother. (*note to self: leave stilleto heels and leather mini skirt at home*) I'm very proud of him - he won an award at his school for being the most respectful student. He was in the newspaper. :)

I hope it lasts. lolol

Trust me, mine was getting suspended from school in PRE-k (no, I'm not making that up) so you're definitely off to a good start :)

he's pretty good! :D they were all straight and everything! lolol I think his photography is better than my posing. :( I know I'm hitting some of them right - some, not so right.

I don't look very graceful with the abs pose - and tricep. We took several and I varied the pose a bit (or tried to poof my lats out more...). I don't look very impressive in the 'relaxed' pose. either. grrrr.

I sent the photographer to bed, so no more retakes tonight. :D Also - I haven't cut the strings on my suit yet, so ignore the danglies on the bottoms...
