Sexy Legs

New to the exercise game. I want to build some sexy legs. Today was my first workout, did two sets of squats, one set air squats, one set 15 lb. bar. How long before I have some nice athletic legs? Willing to do the hard wrong, any advise is appreciated.

you a girl or guy?

from what im told i had 'sexy' legs and all i did was run...alot. but itll take several months to notcie any change, and the change wont be much, prob be year or so before your like damn.

Im a guy so this may be out of your league or not(not that girls arnt capable, its just that the girls XC team couldnt do this and had their own running plan), depending on what kind of girl ya are.but just so you know(if you want to try the running thing out) my XC running schedules were usually: adjust this based on your fitness level. you will not make it 1 week doing this if your out of shape. if you cant load 25-30 miles a week, get up to that before trying this. If you want to try this and have questions on how to train up this this properly let me know.

Monday - 1.25 mile warmup easy pace -- 6 miles easy pace -- 1.25 mile cooldown easy pace

Tuesday - 1.25 mile warmup easy pace -- mile repeats(3-4 at race pace) --1.25 mile cooldown easy pace

Wednesday - 1.25 mile warmup easy pace -- 4 miles easy pace -- 1.25 mile cooldown easy pace

Thursday - 1.25 mile warmup easy pace -- 4 mile tempo run(you first need to run a 5K at race pace then average your mile pace and add bout 10-30 seconds to each mile and make each mile within that range. You will need to run a 5K race pace run every 3-4 weeks to readjust your times)

Friday - 1.25 mile warmup easy pace -- 7-10 mile easy run -- 1.25 mile cooldown easy pace

Hmm I think you are a girl I would suggest a good leg routine focusing on squats. Also do lunges, leg extension, leg curls, abdcutor machines, all that stuff once a week and eat a balanced diet and you should be good as long as you have decently low bodyfat. Keep the rep ranges fairly high too. Good luck:)
