I know what you mean there scorpiogirl. not having an appetite is not good sometimes. Forcing yourself to eat so you get the right amount of calories isn't that great! When you started you were at 125 lb weight I think and now you're down to 118. That's awesome! Your fat % must have dropped a lot. You started at fat % at 20-something. Let us know what it is now! ;-) Keep up all the great work and nutrition! You are obviously very disciplined which is great!!

I'm here, I'm here! :) Geez, I'm so lucky to have people looking after me :qt: :heart:

Saturday was kind of a crappy day. My neck was killing me and I was just "in general" ..... shitty!!! lol So I wasn't on much. Sundays are my home day and I don't have a computer there yet - BUT - I just ordered a dell Saturday, so I will have one soon!!! YEAY! - which is good, because I slack on the logging on Sunday's and forget what I eat half the time.

Went to see my daughter and she's well. She's so funny! :nerd: It's hard to stay mad at her! Even though she's been in trouble, I can't wait to get her back home. She won't have any priveleges - obviously - but at least I can start working on that brain of hers!

Part of my problem is that my skin is thick. I wish I didn't have that issue, but oh well, I'll just have to get around it. BF came in around 12.9%.

I'm SOOOOO happy the techs/electricians are gone today. Having people making a mess (unintentionally, of course) in my studio just drives me NUTTY! Went to work, but came back home to meet Comcast to hook up my High Speed Cable for my computer - didn't get to eat as early as I had hoped.

While waiting for the cable guy, I had the pleasure of taking TWO shovels out to the end of the driveway. The plow came thru and shoved slush and snow along the sides of the street, which then froze. I got a little exercise - 30 min. worth - breaking up ice with the steel shovel and then scooping it up and tossing it with the snow shovel :qt: . I needed it, this week has been very busy and I haven't been training.

Keep your head up and know that this is just a stage that you are going through! You are doing an awesome job on keeping your diet fairly clean even though you have so much other stuff going on...PLUS it is the HOLIDAYS!! Kudos to YOU :qt: (just make sure you are getting ENOUGH!!)

Pics of your fiance look great! He is the same height that my husband is, and about the same size... ;) Do y'all train together? Tell him to keep up the good work. Is he smaller right now bc he is trying to cut with you?

We use to train at the same time, but not together when we had gym memberships. Since we have the gym at home now, we train at different times. He's on the road a lot, being a truck driver, so that's why he's not at his typical 200#. I have to keep on him to take enough food with him or he loses weight.

I know your waiting for me....looks like I'll be going the other way within a couple of weeks! :)

The EC Stack is two pills taken together. They call it a stack. It is Ephedrine and caffiene. Some will also do the ECA Stack, which is the same thing only with an asprin added. These three ingredients combined create a highly potent fat burner.

If you like stimulants, you would love this stack. It gives me a nice "jolt", which I enjoy. It is too harsh for some (especially beginners), some don't like it because you can crash with it when it wears off if you're not careful. If you're just starting with stimulants, I wouldn't recommend it. It's pretty strong.

Maybe start with Cardio Breeze from the AF Store and see what you think of that first.

It's better to put a good amount of clean food in your system when you have the chance to fill yourself up rather than have a feeding frenzy over the X'mas meals and goodies.

Yes, but this is not a good hungry. It's an "I want to eat everything in sight" hunger. It's passed now, and I did!!!!

Oh, what I wouldn't give to be 12%... I know what you mean about not being quite happy hun. I just fit into my first pair of size 4 pants, and I still say yuck everytime I look in the mirror.

LOL :FRlol: .... raw!! Cut off the ends, peal it and eat like an apple, or cut it up and eat it in pieces. I use to eat them like apples when I was little. They have the texture of a radish and taste a little like cabbage/radish combined (without the hot from the radish).
