Thank you, M. We still haven't been able to find her or the car, but we know she's there. She know's she's going to lock up, so she's hiding. She's done this once before, so she has practice and she's VERY smart - most of the time. I'm disgusted. I'm pressing charges against her bf and his twin brother this week for harboring a runaway. Have I said I'm DISGUSTED yet?!?!?! :sigh:

Right before my cheat meal I was soooo looking forward to, the police called to let me know they had found my daughter and the car. We scarfed down our meal and spent the next 4 hours running around to get her, the car and do what needed to be done with the situation. She's safe and sitting in Juvi, where she belongs. Cost me $125.00 to have the car towed about 4 miles. I was really angry and chugging water the whole time (about 4 hours) and couldn't find a restroom for the life of me!!! That wasn't good. Anyway, the not knowing is over and hopefully, it'll even out from here.....

Thanks for asking, Mermaid! Between this stuff with my daughter and trying to train two new employees, it's hard to find time to eat. I'm definitely hungry!!!

Before I ate that banana this AM I was feeling a little sick from legs, but it helped. I forgot my protein bars this AM, GRRRRRR, I really got a hankerin' for one right now. Gotta' wait 'til I get home tonight though.

Surprisingly, I felt pretty strong on legs today. Must have been the Tilapia from last night - that's good stuff!

Went home around 12:00 PM....ate about 3 oz pringles and then felt guilty, so I ate a salad...stupid, I know. Had to comfort eat - at least I realize what I was doing, right? I knew it WHEN I was doing it, but I guess I was having a pity party for myself!

...so let's see, later I ended up baking 5 lbs of Cod....($31.00 worth lol) It's worth EVERY penny! MMMmmmmmm GOOD!

Had a bunch of grape tomatoes, some fish and a few sups. I didn't bother logging anything from yesterday. Chances are, the numbers were all less than they should have been knowing my track record......So starting again......

Thanks....haven't had the bf checked for a couple of weeks. I'll probably do that this or next week.

Initially, my goal was more of a "fitness" physique. I believe I'm going to change it up and try to gain a bit of muscle over the next couple of months. Let's say I'd like the "BUFF" fitness look and not the skinny fitness look, which wasn't my goal anyway, but I think I want to be a little "thicker" - but not BB thick.
