Saturday Night Sweat. . . .

from personal experiance, if i do something else besides squats ( exceptions - back lifts ) i am too drained from my squats to do them effectively. I know speed squats aren't regular squats and all, but they can stuill drain you. IMHO

do you ever feel like that b fold, or squats just dont drain you like me ???

Squats take a bit out of me...but squats are MUCH more important than curls... Shouldn't you devote the most attention to the most important exercises???

Good job man...

Still confused as to why you would not do squats first?

I like to get the small stuff out of the way then focus on the main movements at the end.

Bicep and forearm training takes 10 minutes.

Plenty of energy left for the bif movements.

This 1 set routine works. I am doing the same thing right now as louden (1 set, sometimes 2) and not to failure to allow for more frequent training

Think some AR with bands and some ice could help that tendon? :)

Probably. . .right now, I am using two medium sized knee braces as elbow braces. . . this helps trap the heat around the joint.

I am also taking glucosamine.

Do you ever get tendons that ache?
