The goo is great - just enough water to make "goo" and quick as hell. I've just lost my stomach for protein shakes and I get stomach aches from all the liquid sometimes. Goo is fairly inert.

I make gooo alot at night too :lmao: I refer to it as "pudding" though :) BEcause my blender at home bites the big one!

Diet:
Meal 1: 9am
1/2 c oatmeal + 1 1/2 scoop protein mix
1/8 c blueberries

Meal 2: 12 noon
2 scoops protein mix + 1 tbsp NPB + some water

Meal 3: 4 pm
4 oz chicken
2 c spinach / broccoli / snap peas
1 tbsp no fat vinaigrette

Meal 4: 8 pm
4 oz chicken
2 c spinach / broccoli / snap peas
1 tbsp no fat vinaigrette + more balsamic vinegar (finishing off a bunch of diff dressings I have)

Meal 5: tbd

Training:
PM: abs & cardio
6 min elliptical warm up
abs:
- ab machine: 10/5 + 5 (5 ct hold) x 4 (20 reps) x 3
- ab machine: 0/10 (5 ct hold) x 2
- kneeling cable abs - left side / right side: 120/15 x 2
- fitball cable upper abs: 25/20 x 3
- up-down cable "wood chop": 30/15 x 2
- down-up cable "wood chop": 30/15 x 2
- hanging abs obliques: 10 x 2 (right, left sides)
Pull-ups:
- close grip: bodywt/8
- med grip: bodywt/6
- wide grip: bodywt/6
- med grip: bodywt/6
- close grip: bodywt/5

Cardio: 25 min stepper + 20 min recumbant bike

Stretch
 
I'm liking this full body training EOD! No soreness, though the really ass-kicking exercises are not at remotely heavy weights yet -- all about form & stability right now. I'm feelings those pull-ups tho. The biggest stinker is that I get pinches in my wrists with the grip tho. I have the same problem on the assisted pull-up & lat pull downs.
 
HOT DAMN! The guy from a particularly attractive position in San Fran finally contacted me to schedule a phone interview next Friday! (And 10 days to research the company...!)

YES! That is EXACTLY how I felt! I've been tryign to get this guy to respond to me for 2 weeks. He must be pulling a late nite because I got the email at 11:15 pm EST tonite and he's in PST.
