Again w/ the severely fucked sleeping habits --- up at 2:30 pm....
Diet:
Meal 1 - 3 pm
1 whole egg + 5 egg whites
4 oz chicken
1/2 grapefruit
Meal 2: 6 pm
2 scoops BI MP
Meal 3: 9 pm
7 oz chcken
2 c green beans
Meal 4: tbd
Meal 5: tbd
Training: Chest & bis
* I hate training chest because I can't get a mofo pump to save my life - thus as you'll see, a bit of over training, but I finally got a pump.
Warm up - 8 min elliptical
Rotator warm up:
- cable inside / outside: 5/20 (4) 10/20(4)
- 45 degree from front laterals: 10/15 x 2
- lying shoulder press: 10/20 x 2
Incline DB warmup: 25/15 x 2
Giant (chest):
- incline DB: 45/15 50/12 x 2 -- tried to do the 55's but no one around to help get the mofos up....
- incline DB fly: 20/15 x 3 - spent more time on the contraction than the weight because the heavier DB press tends to aggravate my shoulders
- cable x-overs (directly out front): 20/15 x 3
Giant (chest):
-hammer strength iso-lateral wide chest (2 ct squeeze, 4 ct drop): 55/12 x 3
- unassisted chest dips: body wt/12 x 3
-low cable x-over (pull up to in front of chest): 15/15 x 3
Giant (bis):
- ez bar curl: 60/12 x 2 40/7+7+7
- hammer curl "run the rack": 25 -> 5/ 5 reps each x 3
- hi cable bi: 20/15 x 2 20/15->15/10->10/10
Cardio: 25 min elliptical (resistance 14 of 25) + 20 min step mill (level 10, fat burn profile)
