LOL fill the tub -- my damn tub takes more than the size of my water heater to fill so half the water is cold. Can't win here. LOL!

The good news is that the indecision is not for lack of option - just too many options & trying to tie them all together so I don't get tied down in one place and can't get to the next place.

As they say -- its the destination, but the journey! And what a ride this is....!

I guess it's all just taking one step at a time, huh? You're runnin' with the big guys, so it's a little different for you! .....all my sympathy, girl! You've done this before and you'll come out on top again - that's why we all look up to you so much! Can't wait to finally meet you in July!

Its just another day in the big picture eh? :) You guys keep it all in perspective... Altho its a daily reset on the perspective thing. My cat also helps -- he reminds me that all that really matters is a "big kitty stretch", food in the bowl, a few "moochies" (kitty treats) and a daily trip to the kitty litter and its a good day. (It'd be a fantastic day if he coudl either stop shedding or clean up the shed after himself...)

Yesterday I cleaned the house so bending over w/ the vacuum hose to clean up all the errant cat hair did my back in, thus making a trip to the gym a no go. 30 min cardio tho.

Today:

16 May 2006 (Tues)

Diet: waaay under-cal'd
Meal 1: 12 noon
2 whole eggs + 6 egg whites
1/2 c oatmeal

Meal 2: 3 pm
2 scoops BI PM + water

Meal 3: 5 pm
5 oz chicken
4 oz sweet potato

Meal 4: 9:30 pm
2 scoops BI MP + glutamine + water

Meal 5: tbd

Training: delts + tris

warmup : 8 min elliptical
rotator cuff warmup:
- cable in/out: 5/20(4) 10/20(4)
- 45 degree from front laterals: 10/20 x 2
- lying DB shoulder press: 10/20 x 2
behind the neck bb press: bar/20 10/12 15/12 20/12
(skipped Giants -- too many people in the gym tonite)
upright rows: 50/15 60/12 x 2
side laterals + rear laterals: 15/15 + 20 x 3
Smith shrugs: 70/10 x 3
skull crushers + close grip press: 60/12+12 x 3
cable tri press: 60/10 x 2 50/15
DB tri kickbacks: 15/15 x 3

30 min treadmil + 5 min step mill

-- started to crash -- needed food...!

bump so i can find it tonite....

yesterday was a complete wash - maybe 1 hr of sleep before getting together w/ my career guy, then all day trying to sleep w/ no luck, then slept 12 hrs over nite.

Diet: -- again woke up late

Today starts the carb cycle - M & Th will be carb ups, but not doing the first carb up until Monday.
Meal 1: 12 noon
2 whole eggs + 6 egg whites
1/2 grapefruit

Meal 2: 3 pm
2 scoops BI MP + 1 tbsp heavy cream (the ANPB is now gone) + water

Meal 3: 6 pm
1 pouch tuna -- kept this real simple because my stomach has been really picky latelly

*trained*

Meal 4: 9:30 pm
2 scoops BI MP + water

Meal 5: tbd


Training: KTS Leg day

10 min elliptical warm up
Smith SLDL: bar/15 25/15 45/12 x 2
Super (hams):
- lying leg curl: 95/15 95/7+7+7 95/15
- butt blaster: 150/12 x 2 150/15
reverse hyper: 15 + 5 pulse (of 5 each) 5 + 5 pulse + 10 10 + 5 pulse + 5 (OMG)
front squats: bar/15 10/12 x 2 15/10
Super (quads):
- hack (wide stance): 125/15 150/15 x 2
- leg press (wide stance) + calves: 45^4/15 + 45^4/30 x 3
hack (close stance): 150/15 x 3
leg press (close stance): 45^5/15 x 2 45^6/15 x 2
leg ext: 145/15 110/7+7+7 x 2 alt: 55/8 x 2 30/10 x 2 10/10 x 3

Cardio: 20 min stepper

And you gotta love it when the 2 young 20 yr old guys ask if they can train legs w/ you next time...

I hear ya on the eye candy.... seems like at my gym half the crowd is there just to "look" (which there the ones I feel like telling to get outta the way LOL) Hmmm... a good lookin gear boy though now THAT would be nice ;)
