Sassy: July 2006 - 41 & CA Bound

Dayum! Never thought of that -- .... I was going to say I probably need to learn Spanish... however I could say that about California too.... ;)

You would probably get a PATRONA...LOL...
Patron means Boss or chief in slang...so software could be the feminine side and SHE WOULD BE THE ONE AND ONLY CHIEF!!!lol

LOL my various updates:

House: nuttin.

Job:
Onsite interview for the local company confirmed for Friday 2-4 PM.
Patiently waiting for a call on an out of state opportunity.
Doing some research in prep for both of them.
Career guy - getting ready to send a dirty email to the company to tell them to go fuck themselves after they refund my payment.
Getting ready for a run to CA for a mobile / entertainment convention, hang w/ some friends.

Diet:
on target but not much appetite - gonna run w/ that. A little watery at the moment.

Training:
Warmup: 6 min elliptical
Giant: (aerobics room being used, squat rack being used, had to improvise)
- walking lunges wide step: 20/50 x 3
- step ups: 25/12 x 3
- 45 degree hypers: 20 x 3
Leg extension --- here's where it gets "special"....
- 140/15
- 160/2 ... then *crunch* -- on the full extension, no idea what i did, maybe hyperextended but something went "crunch" in my knee and now it flashes pain when I walk on it - on the bend part. It seems ok if I hold the leg straight, but weight on a bend is a no-no. Will be icing that puppy tonite.

Hammer Strength Row: 70/15 90/10 x 2
Reverse pec deck: 75/15 x 3
Super
- HS low press: 45/15 70/12 x 2
- cable x-over: 15/15 20/12 15/15
Knuckle push-ups: 15 x 3

Called it a night - knee is hosed for the moment.

Ouch!! I hope you didn't severely hurt your knee. Take it easy today. Hope it's feeling better!
