Robert Frost Quads/ Calves today Squats 3 warm up sets 140 - 10 140 - 10 140 - 10 120 - 10 - lowered it a bit as I was starting to feel my lower back strain. Leg extensions (will try front squats next time) 2 sets of 10 at 90 lbs 2 sets of 10 at 100 lbs Superset Adductor machine/ Abductor machine 90 - 12 100 - 12 110 - 12 110 - 12 Donkee Calf raises 2 sets of 12 at 360 lbs 2 sets of 12 at 400 lbs Abs 4 sets of 10 - incline crunches with 25 lb plate Cardio - 30 mins of intervals of running, slow jogging Felt good getting back in the gym. I was back and forth between the puke zone and the head rush zone and it felt awesome!! Gonna be sore tomorrow! Diet is on track so far today! My body is in recovery from Christmas treats.
