So I went on my first cycle 9 weeks back
Once a week 1ml Decaver (250mg)
Every other day (mon-wd-fr-snd so forth) 1ml Stanozolol (50mg)
In my opinion Ive made some good gains, I have Been eating quite alot som Ive gone from 112 to maybe 130kg now. I'm 192 cm, 25 yo. My genetics make it extremely easy for me to gain weight, ofcourse alot of excess fat included.
Im having my first off cycle coming up now for another 9 weeks. What is the most important thing for me to do about eating, training, additional supplement,etc. idk??
Also what type of cycle would you recommend for me til next time when my main goal is to get shredded instead and get rid of this belly.
