Just going through the motions. Just maintain is all I care about while dropping 1/2 lb bodyweight per day the last 6 weeks. Will do heavy RDL tomorrow for my 2ndary deadlift day. Most likely 485 for sets of 5. Will be spotting the wife doing bench with 198 for a 5x5. Cant wait to see it happen. Ive never seen a powerlifter in the course of a 4 month training cycle be able to do a 5x5 with their previous best 1RM in competiton. This is going to be epic. Basically a 20% gain in bench strength in 4 months. Ok everyone have a good weekend and get Strong AF!!!

@RoidRage69 nice job including the warm up sets as well. Your warm ups though are the max weight for most people. haa

Not bad at all on this leg training session. It's looking really good to be honest with you. You're pumping some good weights. Keep it up. @RoidRage69

You certainly do good on these big training on the legs. @RoidRage69 One thing I'll say about you is you do have strong legs. You might even be as strong as me or maybe even stronger. But no way are you more of an alpha.
