Went in and did ultra light lifting today. Just keeping the blood moving around. Hoping to not lose to much muscle while in a deficit. Might as well try and get down below 220 since I'm on light lifting duty atm. Ok everyone have a good weekend and get Strong AF.
@RoidRage69 youll look sick below 220 man. Time to do a show.

Weight really starting to fall off my frame. Currently on just a cruise of 250 Sustanon and 200mg EQ per week. Also using 1.5mg Semaglutide. Have lost over 20 lbs since I hit my peak a month ago. Really considering going sub 220 by end of year. Cant train the way I want so might as well shred up so when I can train harder I will be able to make gains without so much added fat. Now is the time to make that 220 weight class a reality.

Had a good bump up in weight for my RDL today. Been a while since going heavy on these. Lower back already feeling it which is good. Means I worked hard. Next week hoping to bump up weight about 10 lbs and do 3 sets instead of 2. Ok everyone have a good weekend and get Strong AF!!!
