Another good day on the bench. Went up another 10 lbs over last week. Got all numbers with 5 sets of 7 on flat and 3 sets of 8 on widegrip. Will try for 10 lbs jump again next week and then probably 5 lbs for each week after. All depends how the body feels with this drastic cal reduction for the next 4 weeks. Ok everyone have a good start to the week and get Strong AF!!!

Another good day with 5 sets of 7 on sumo with an increase of 10 lbs again over last week. Was super speedy reps. Lots of reserve left in the tank. Probably RPE of 6. I am sure I can do 500 for sets of 7 no problem. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get Strong AF!!!

you mean you eat middle of night regularly?
Yeah sometimes twice per night. Been doing that for at least a year now. Every time I wake up to piss I eat something with protein. Usually chicken strips and ketchup made from cane sugar.

Decided to move weight up 40 lbs this week on SSB Squats as we are nearing the end of using this bar so wanted to go heavier. Got out 3 sets of 5 reps. Then we tried out a semi regular squat bar with a curve to ease the shoulders back into using a regular bar. So we might use the duffalo bar going forward now for the remainder of the cycle. It feels good, but my legs were already getting fried from the ssb squats beforehand. Would be nice to hit 425 for sets of 7 next week on duffalo bar. This basically seems a deload day since we hardly did any volume or execises. I think I will be refreshed for next week squats. Ok everyone have a good weekend and get Strong AF!!!
