RickRock's down with NPP (...and Test E/Dbol)

Like it... I have always preferred NPP over Deca. Nice cycle... I wish you much success.

Nice one man! I'll def be keeping up with you on this... I'm amazed how few cals you can get away with 2.5-3.5k... I'm eating prob 2-3k now on a cut... No wonder you're ripped within an inch of your life lol

My maintenance is actually around 2300-2400 per day, and pretty normal for my weight and age. You must have a fairly fast metabolism if you are cutting on 3k or doing an assload of cardio

Day 9
Weight 181.5 (+9)

Well, here I am at day 9 and up 9 lbs already. I looking bigger and fuller by the day for sure. The only negative I have is that the water retention is messing with my head a little bit. It's making me think I'm gaining more fat than I really am because of its effect on definition. I do actually still look pretty lean though. It's just the deeper cuts are blurred and washed out some. Other than that ive had pretty much zero side effects so far.

The PIP from NPP is not bad, but it is definitely worse than the test E. the oil seems to be thicker as well, and it takes longer to draw. This is no big deal to me at all, but just though I would comment on it.

Yesterday's workout went really pretty good. Pumps are getting pretty ridiculous at times and with a good pump I just look bigger than I ever have. I think that is excellent considering I'm only 9 days in right now!

DC Workout 2B (Biceps, Forearms, Calves, Hamstrings, Quads)

Each exercise done with 3 rest pause sets (20 second rest between sets) except where noted. Extreme stretches done following each exercise

BB Curls 115x9x4x3
Reverse BB Curls (straight set) 75x13
Standing calf raises (straight set with enhanced positive and negative- 5 second positive hold, ten second negative hold) 250x12
Lying single leg curls 110x10x5x3
Hack Squats 360x14 (straight set) 320x20 (straight set-widowmaker)

That's awesome bro, I Wana do similar to this for my winter bulking cycle. Ur ripped man n after the dbol is finished u will probs drop bit of that water away n look even better. Keep killing it ill b following :)

Wow big gains bro. Glad to hear that NPP you have is smooth, nothing sucks more in a ED EOD pin cycle then PIP..what brand is it if ya don't mind asking?

The bloat/water weight from D-bol is the very reason I like T-bol better person personally, but D-bol will always be a preferred kick start on a bulk cycle.

Yeh the good thing is that the bloat is temporary. Its not exactly beach weather here right now anyways, but it is still a mindfuck for those of us who take pride in staying pretty ripped most of the time.

I do plan on ripping up and shredding some fat in the final weeks of the cycle too.

I can't name the brand of gear I use out of respect for forum rules bro
