Day 9

Well, here I am at day 9 and up 9 lbs already. I looking bigger and fuller by the day for sure. The only negative I have is that the water retention is messing with my head a little bit. It's making me think I'm gaining more fat than I really am because of its effect on definition. I do actually still look pretty lean though. It's just the deeper cuts are blurred and washed out some. Other than that ive had pretty much zero side effects so far.
The PIP from NPP is not bad, but it is definitely worse than the test E. the oil seems to be thicker as well, and it takes longer to draw. This is no big deal to me at all, but just though I would comment on it.
Yesterday's workout went really pretty good. Pumps are getting pretty ridiculous at times and with a good pump I just look bigger than I ever have. I think that is excellent considering I'm only 9 days in right now!
DC Workout 2B (Biceps, Forearms, Calves, Hamstrings, Quads)
Each exercise done with 3 rest pause sets (20 second rest between sets) except where noted. Extreme stretches done following each exercise
BB Curls 115x9x4x3
Reverse BB Curls (straight set) 75x13
Standing calf raises (straight set with enhanced positive and negative- 5 second positive hold, ten second negative hold) 250x12
Lying single leg curls 110x10x5x3
Hack Squats 360x14 (straight set) 320x20 (straight set-widowmaker)
