The training and diet looks good 2 weeks is not long at all you can't expect results overnight. Low does long var cycle produce the best gains with the least amount of sides this is why I always suggest a minium of 12 week cycles. Give it time I am sure in another 2 weeks the results will be more noticible. Besides weighting yourself have you had your body fat done or taken your measurments? How are you clothes fitting any diffrences there? A lot of times the scale may not move cause you are gaining muscle at the same time your losing fat.
