Just curious -
I drink a Red Bull almost everyday about an hour before my workout. To me, there is a noticeable increase in energy when I drink these. I also take 4 Stackers a day (or another type of ephedrine). My question is: Are the Red Bulls bad for me considering that I drink them late in the day - around 6pm - and they are loaded with sugar? Does anyone have an opinion on this? My goal is to lose fat and gain bulk, so if these Red Bulls are not worth the extra energy boost, I will cut them out.
Not to mention they are 2 bucks a pop! If there is another supplement that will give me a quick energy boost before my cardio workout in the evening, please let me know.
