Recomp diet while on SD

Ok here's the spill. I'm heading on vacation june 8th. I've gradually been cutting down 180 from 195lbs. I'm going to run a cycle of SD 10mg/20mg/20mg followed by nolva @ 20/20/20/20.

Cycle is laid out but my question lies in dieting before and during the cycle. I'm currently recomping by simply eliminating all middle meals. I eat 6-8 egg whites for breakfast, Lunch consists of a large burger or other serving consisting of mainly meat, supper is grilled food. Usually steak, chicken, pork, shrimp, or tuna along with a salad or veggies. I'm steadily loosing body fat while maintining my muscle. After my 4:30 a.m. workout i drink a protien shake consisting of 42g protien mixed with 2% milk. By my calculations i'm not getting enough protien.. ~150g with my current diet. I was thinking about throwing in some peanuts for a snack between lunch and dinner and breakfast and lunch to add another 20g. I can also drink a 1/2 shake or a whole after supper but i'm afraid adding that many cal's may hinder my recomp.

workout contains circuit training for back bis, chest tries, shoulders legs followed by 15min high intensity cardio. I also run ~2miles in the afternoons.

All that being said... I'm happy with my diet as is... But when i get on the SD i know carbs and cals are your friend. How should i attack this change??? I plan on going on the SD either 3 or 4 weeks before my trip. Thanks.

Oh and stats are
28 yo
5'9
189lbs as of this morning
BF% i'd guess 18 or so going down went down one pants size

Thanks for any help fellas

Recomp on SD is possible. I am actually doing it right now. I do Lean Gains dieting and have had no problem getting my macros on lift days. I consume 250g carbs at most on lift days and less than 50g carbs on off days or cardio days. The protein intake is pretty simple for me. Lift days: red meats, shakes, whole grain pastas, chicken. Off or burn days: chicken, tilapia or salmon, egg whites, lean protein shake, and a lot of veggies.
So far so good. I think you'll like your results.
